Commercial & Project Rescue

Cada Construction took over this project at the insulation stage. Structural and insulating repairs were required and exterior finishes and decking were completed. A very successful client/contractor relationship resulted in this project having a quality design and finishes that were submitted in City of Ottawa for the Ontario homes design competition.

Rescue and completion of a former office renovated to a Dental Clinic in the heart of Westboro Village.

Rescue and completion of this project required removal of major areas of exterior stone to waterproof the building that was leaking in several locations. The roof required water protection. The interior required major areas of reconstruction and reinstallation of plumbing. This project was taken over at the drywall stage.

Rescue of an unfinished commercial building.

This challenging take over started with remediation of the existing building due to long-time weathered conditions and incorrect construction. Once remediation was performed, reconstruction and new construction then began on this ultra-modern high-tech dental clinic and physio centre which includes wide open spaces and high end design with functionality, all in a new development area south of Ottawa where country meets city.
